RCN has recently proven the success of a new service for its customers; this service involves assistance for the solution of technical problems that the customers' boats may have during their operation as well as in the execution of maintenance or repair work.

The owner of one or more boats of various types can be entrusted to RCN for the solution of all technical problems, from the finding of spare parts to the supply of specialized personnel transferred on board for the necessary repairs, to the finding of shipyard spaces and slipways for more complex interventions.

The service is divided into a first phase of "photography" of the unit and the detailed listing of all the systems on board in order to create a sort of inventory.
On the basis of this inventory, RCN prepares a “library” of monographs, technical manuals and special items with particular reference to those which by their nature are more likely to cause damage.
In this way, in case of need, the phone contact is enough to find what is necessary both in terms of time and of personnel capable of carrying out repairs.
This service has already been used for years for shipping companies and is successfully applied to pleasure craft with a view to professionalizing the sector.
We consider this Service to be of great help since we all know the difficulties of finding spare parts or qualified personnel for the necessary repairs, in proper time, both in activities such as charter or simply for Owners who have a few weeks a year to enjoy their own boats.
